Successful Technotron has renamed

Válcovny plachu Technotron has renamed on ArcelorMittal Technotron s.r.o since 1th of September. Technotron became part of ArcelorMittal group and due to this situation our company took over the activities in Environmental, Cultural and Social support.

Revenue from sales of products and services has increased in first term of this year about more then thirteen percent in comparison with last year. This means that the business plan of Technotron was over-full filmed about almost twenty-one percent and profit plan even about sixty-three percent. We can say that new investment in last year also helped to this situation.

Producing of cores is superior
“Break-trough was for our company investment to annealing furnace in Plant Producing of Cores. We can anneal cores only one-time – which means without necessary extra work, which considerably affected variable expenses” says Mgr. Tomasz Janas, director of ArcelorMittal Technotron. New annealing furnace brings also savings in human resources. “Annealing furnace is twice more productive then other machines, which helps not only to superior process of manufacture but also to faster production” noted Ing. Pavel Procházka, associate producer of cores.

Success celebrate also Lisovna
“The sale of products has increased about thirty percent and we added six new meshes into out product assortment” said Ing. Jiří Klečka Manager of Stamping Plant Lisovna. The interest about flexion expanded metal, fliers and framings has increased. In this plant has increased the sale of mining pitch about two hundred and fifty tons, in spite of the management expected stagnation in this year” pointed out Jiří Klečka. The investments were realized in Plant Lisovna as well. Prickle winding machine was bought. “Thank to this we have no destroyed roll and ant coincident product has decrease about five percent. Operators can not shape roll in during produce, this also increased security of work” explained Manager of Stamping Plant Lisovna.

Technotron is looking for people
The biggest problem, which ArcelorMittal Technotron has, is not enough of quality and qualified employees and decline in price. “Thanks to course of Czech crown against Euro is harder to replace on the top on export market” said Tomasz Janas. Despite it Technotron started business with few big companies, e.g. Italian representative for sale expanded metal Fratelli Mariani. Important is also cooperation with producer of measuring transformers ZELISKO, this company is part of concern KNORR BREMSE. ArcelorMittal Technotron would like to be placed in the highest level of imaginary list between European suppliers of transformer cores.
